Terms of Payments and Contract Procedures:

1) Buyer furnishes POF (proof of funds covering 2 months shipment) to Sellers bank via Bank Swift

2) Seller will issue Contract/and Scheduler of shipment to Seller

3) Buyer sign and return and pre advise L/C (line of credit) to Seller

4) Seller signs L/C/ and provides POP (proof of purchase)

5) Buyer opens "Irrevocable Divisible Auto-Revolving Documentary L/C" in favor of seller against POP.

6) Schedule of Shipment will commerce as per schedule as mutually agreed.
